Pedro Ferreira
INTRODUCTION
I work on cosmological surveys and their use to constrain fundamental physics. The main focus of my work has been the cosmic microwave background and, more recently the large scale structure of the Universe and how then can be used to constrain general relativity, dark matter and dark energy. My most recent involvement with space based observatories is with the ESA led Euclid satellite. I also lead an Oxford group which is a member of the LISA consortium.
AREAS OF INTEREST
Cosmology, early universe, large scale structure, gravitational waves
RESEARCH GROUPS AND COLLABORATIONS
Director of the Beecroft Institute of Particle Astrophysics and Cosmology, member of Euclid, LSST, SKA and LISA
