Hydrological Twin for flooding: Can we combine physical knowledge and data-driven ML models, informed by real- time satellite data, to build an end to end flood prediction system?
The Frontier Development Lab, Europe (FDL Europe) is a partnership between The European Space Agency (ESA), Oxford University, (Space@Oxford) Trillium Technologies and leaders in commercial AI, space exploration and Earth Science, such as Google Cloud, NVIDIA / SCAN AI, D-Orbit, Airbus, SENSE, the Satellite Applications Catapult and Planet.
