Space Futures - Speculation and Storytelling (Session 2)

  • Saïd Business School Park End Street Oxford OX1 1HP United Kingdom (map)

The Oxford Space Initiative (OxSI) and the Center for Science and the Imagination (CSI) at Arizona State University are pleased to co-present two workshops "Space Futures - Speculation and Storytelling."

A collaborative timeline and world-building workshop where groups of professionals, policymakers, researchers and writers work together to imagine the next 50 years of Earth and space-bound life.

The goal of these workshops and other activities by OxSI is to shift perspectives in order to consider a nuanced near-space future and what that means for business and human governance.

See Eventbrite for registration.

Facilitated by:

Bob Beard - Center for Science and the Imagination, ASU

Laura Anne Edwards - Oxford Space Initiative, NASA Datanaut

Please note - the workshops build on one another but function also as standalone events. See link to register for Session 1 on Thursday, 20 July.
